1. Open your company's End of Service (UAE) section and read the Cap Wage Fields aloud. If it names only wage, your statutory ceiling is sitting at 720 days of basic instead of the full package, and anyone past 25 years and 6 months of service is being capped when Article 51 does not cap them. That single field is the most valuable ten seconds in this course.
2. Run one historical month as an end-of-service provision and compare its total against whatever your current accrual method produces. If the two differ by more than a rounding, the difference is worth understanding before either number reaches a set of accounts.
3. Check that one time-off type carries the code AE_ANNUAL, then run an annual-leave provision for last month and look at the total. Most companies have never valued that liability at all. The rest of the range is at the Odoone apps catalogue.
