Who we are

This website is operated by Odoone Management Consultancy - F.Z.E (“Odoone”), a free zone establishment licensed by the Free Zones Authority of Ajman under Business License No. 58315, with its registered address at B.C. 1309299, Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, Ajman Free Zone, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. Its licensed activities are management consultancies, computer systems consultancies, business consultancy, social media applications development and management, and marketing management.

Independence from Odoo S.A.

Odoone is an independent company. It is a separate legal entity from Odoo S.A., the Belgian company that publishes the Odoo software. Odoone is not owned or controlled by Odoo S.A., does not act on its behalf, and has no authority to make statements or commitments for it. The services and apps described on this website are provided by Odoone alone, under Odoone's own terms, and are not endorsed or sponsored by Odoo S.A.

Trademarks

“Odoo” and the Odoo logo are trademarks of Odoo S.A. Odoone uses the word “Odoo” only to identify the software that its consultancy services and apps relate to, and claims no right in it. “Odoone” is the trading name of Odoone Management Consultancy - F.Z.E and does not designate Odoo S.A. or its products. WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram and other product names mentioned on this website are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Odoone apps

Odoone apps are developed independently by Odoone as extensions for Odoo Community. They are not products of Odoo S.A., and Odoo S.A. provides no support or warranty for them. They are delivered as part of Odoone's consultancy engagements, under the terms agreed with each client.
