The quarterly scramble, in five familiar forms
Corporate tax registered late — or not yet, with the penalty clock running.
VAT returns assembled from spreadsheets nobody fully trusts.
An accountant who files but never explains.
A bank compliance review with documents scattered across three inboxes.
A new company whose owner is hearing the words FTA, TRN and EmaraTax for the first time — sometimes in a language that isn't theirs.
Registration to routine, inside your system
Corporate tax
Registration support on EmaraTax, assessment of your position (including free-zone specifics and Small Business Relief eligibility), and return filing support — with the working papers built from your actual ledger, not reconstructed at year-end.
VAT
Registration and deregistration support, quarterly return preparation and filing support, and the record-keeping structure the FTA expects — including the audit file (FAF) generated straight from the system.
Accounting set-up & bookkeeping frameworks
A chart of accounts that matches your business, tax codes mapped correctly from day one, month-end procedures your team can actually follow — inside Odoo where possible, so the reports you file are the reports you run on.
Banking guidance
Documentation readiness for opening UAE business accounts, and the compliance hygiene that keeps accounts healthy afterwards. Guidance and preparation — we are advisors, not a bank and not a broker.
E-invoicing readiness
The UAE e-invoicing mandate is phasing in. We assess what it means for your invoicing and prepare your system for it — including Peppol PINT AE generation through our own module line.
FTA correspondence support
When the Federal Tax Authority writes, asks, or clarifies, you shouldn't be drafting replies alone. We help you prepare responses and manage the communication — organised, documented, on time.
CFO-as-a-service
Part-time financial leadership for companies not ready for a full-time CFO: a reporting rhythm, cash management discipline, and numbers you can take to a bank or a board.
Advice you run on, not advice you heard
Most tax advice ends at the filing. Ours ends in your configuration: the rule becomes a tax code, a report mapping, a scheduled reminder — something your system enforces, not something you must remember. That is the practical difference between advice you heard and advice you run on.
From compliance review to repeatable routine
Registrations, deadlines, current books.
What needs fixing, in what order, at what fixed scope.
Registrations, accounting structure, system configuration.
Documented as a repeatable routine.
If you want it.
If any of these sentences was news, that's what the introductory call is for
UAE VAT is 5%, with mandatory registration above AED 375,000 taxable turnover (voluntary from AED 187,500). Corporate tax is 9% on taxable profit above AED 375,000, with Small Business Relief available under conditions for revenue up to AED 3 million. Late corporate-tax registration carries an AED 10,000 penalty. Free-zone companies are not automatically exempt. E-invoicing becomes mandatory in phases.
