All prices are in AED and exclude VAT. Your instance is hosted in the EU by default; hosting in the UAE is available as an add-on.

What the words mean

User: A named internal login, whatever their role. Portal users — customers, vendors or employees looking at their own records — are free and are not counted.
Accountant seat: Every plan includes a free external accountant or advisor seat. It does not count towards your included users.
Company: A legal entity with its own TRN and chart of accounts in the same database. A separate database is a separate subscription.
User caps are soft: Crossing the cap moves you to the next plan at your next invoice. Nobody is ever locked out of the system for adding a user.
Payroll employee: An active employee record with a payslip in the month.
Storage: The database plus its attachments, measured when the invoice is issued. Overage is billed in blocks.
Platform support: Uptime, security and application updates, backups and restores, and fixing bugs in the Odoone apps.
Your data: Your database and its attachments belong to you. A full backup is provided free on request at any time.

Questions people ask

What happens if we add more users than our plan includes?

Nothing, immediately. The caps are soft: you keep working, and at your next invoice you move to the plan that fits. We write to you before that invoice is raised.

Where is our data hosted?

In the EU by default. Hosting in the UAE is available as an add-on if your policy requires your data to stay there.

Can we get our data out?

At any time. Ask and we send a full backup of the database and its attachments, free. After a subscription ends the data stays readable for 30 days, and it is only deleted against a written instruction from you.

Does Odoone handle our tax filing?

No. Odoone produces filing-ready VAT and Corporate Tax reports from your own books. Submitting them is yours or your accountant's.

What availability do you aim for?

A monthly availability target of 99.5%. Planned maintenance is announced 48 hours ahead and runs at the quiet end of the week.

How long are we committed for?

An initial term of 12 months, then month to month with 30 days' notice. Prices are reviewed at most once a year, with 60 days' notice before anything changes.
