Odoone Cloud terms
Odoo + Odoone apps, hosted and maintained by Odoone. These are the commitments that come with a subscription, in plain words.
Your term
An initial term of 12 months. After that the subscription continues month to month and either of us can end it with 30 days' written notice. Annual prepay is charged for ten months out of twelve; it is paid in advance and is not refunded part way through a year.
Prices
Every price we quote is excl. VAT, which is charged at 5%. Prices are reviewed at most once a year, and never without 60 days' written notice to you. A price you have prepaid is not changed during the period you paid for.
If an invoice is not paid
We write to you. If an invoice is still unpaid 14 days after it falls due, the instance is suspended — suspended, not deleted. Your data is kept for at least 60 days after that, and settling the invoice brings the instance straight back with nothing lost.
Your data
Your database and its attachments belong to you. Ask at any time and we send you a full backup, free. Instances are hosted in the EU by default; hosting in the UAE is available as an add-on. After a subscription ends the data stays readable for 30 days, and nothing is deleted except against a written instruction from you.
Availability and maintenance
We aim for a monthly availability target of 99.5%. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours ahead and runs at the quiet end of the week. Emergency security work can happen sooner, and we tell you when it does.
Fair use on outbound mail
Sending through the platform's own mail relay is fair-use limited to 2000 messages a month. We report on it; we do not cut mail off without talking to you first.
What support covers
Platform support is included with every plan: uptime, security and application updates, backups and restores, and fixing bugs in the Odoone apps. How-to support — configuration, "how do I…", and training — is bought separately or covered by the included hours on the higher plans.
Tax features
Odoone produces filing-ready VAT and Corporate Tax reports from your own books. Submitting them to the authority is yours or your accountant's, and the figures remain your responsibility.
