VAT 201 & Corporate Tax, end to end
What you will be able to do when you finish: open the UAE VAT Report for any period, read every box against the FTA's own VAT 201, prove any figure back to the journal items behind it, run the Corporate Tax report from accounting income down to tax payable, export both for filing, and diagnose the five things that most commonly go wrong.
Who this is for. You keep the books for a UAE business, or you are the person who has to press submit on EmaraTax. You do not need to be a tax specialist. You do need to know what an invoice and a journal entry are.
How to follow along. Every screen in this course is on the live demo at demo.odoone.com, using a sample company called Gulf Fittings Trading LLC — a Dubai trading business with customers in three Emirates. Every figure quoted is a real figure from that demo, so you can check your arithmetic against ours. Your own numbers will differ.
This content is general information for UAE businesses, not tax, legal, or financial advice. Rules change and cases differ — speak to a qualified advisor about your situation. Every legal figure in this course was verified against its primary source on 18 August 2026; the source is named so you can re-check it.
