  1. Practise on the demo. Open the VAT report at demo.odoone.com, expand the Emirate split, and click a figure to drill through to the journal items. Ten minutes on the real screens is worth more than re-reading this.
  2. Check one thing in your own system today: open your VAT report, look at the output effective rate, and ask whether it is the number you expect. If it surprises you, Lesson 8 tells you how to find out why.
  3. Continue the track. The Corporate Tax completion set takes the CT report further — Small Business Relief and its sunset (extended to 31 December 2029 by Ministerial Decision 131/2026), the tax-loss register, QFZP tagging and what it deliberately does not compute, transfer-pricing disclosure and the DMTT flag.
