What to do next
- Audit every Emirati employee record this week for two fields: First insured date, sourced from the employee's GPSSA registration rather than from your hire date, and Contribution salary, sourced from the January salary. Those two fields decide years of contributions and neither one announces that it is wrong.
- Open Payroll › Configuration › GCC Social Rates and check the dates. If you have GCC nationals and any payslip period before 2 August 2026 to run or rerun, add the historic lines now, and put a July and a January reminder in the payroll calendar for the Saudi and Bahraini escalations.
- Write your figure register — one line per figure, with the instrument and the date you verified it — and keep it where whoever runs payroll next will find it. If you want to see what else the UAE range covers, the modules are listed in the Odoone apps catalogue.
Want a second pair of eyes on your GPSSA, GCC and ILOE configuration before your January run? Talk to Odoone about your social-insurance setup.
