  1. A catalog row is marked Existing Field. Where do you type its value? → Not on that row — the value lives on the field the row names, in the record or module that owns it
  2. Why do most catalog rows carry no format or check pattern? → Because most UAE identifiers have no officially published digit count, prefix or checksum, and a guessed format would risk rejecting a real government-issued number
  3. A company already has an active Customs Registration Number, and the module accepts a second one. Why? → Because customs registration is per emirate rather than federal, so that type is explicitly marked as allowing several active values at once
  4. Which employee identifier does the HR bridge actually store in the registry? → The GPSSA Insurance Number — the Emirates ID, passport, work permit and visa fields are all existing core fields it only surfaces
  5. Why is there no separate Unified Number field? → Because the Executive Regulations make the Unified Number legally the same thing as the Emirates ID Number, and a second field would invite confusion with an unrelated immigration reference
  6. A user can open the Identifier Catalog but cannot archive a superseded value. What is missing? → The UAE Identifiers / Manager group — the User group is read-only
